Luke Caswell, Oliver Arnold and Theo Pudney were in action last weekend representing Sheringham and Norfolk in the annual English Men’s Champion Club event at The Oaks Golf Club in Yorkshire.

In total thirty four counties were represented by their champion clubs in the 36-hole event, with Sheringham having qualified through victory in the team event at this year’s County Amateur.

Unfortunately it wasn’t to be another success for the north Norfolk club in what was clearly a very competitive event, with the title eventually going to the host county’s representatives, Rotherham Golf Club.
