A huge well done to Norfolk’s own Jimmy Mead (-1) and Maxie Hawes (level par) to finish 1st and 2nd at the under 14s Faldo Futures Regional Final held at John O’Gaunt Golf Club!
Out of a field of 25 players, these two rising stars led the way over 9 holes to book their place in the National Final at The Belfry on Friday 21st August – the opening day of the British Masters.
They’ll now take on 16 holes and have the chance to meet Sir Nick Faldo himself. An incredible achievement and an exciting moment ahead!
