The Under 14’s team began their 2025 South-East League campaign in fine form at Fynn Valley GC against teams from Suffolk and Bedfordshire.

In the early matches, Elliot Smith and Jimmy Mead soon took control of both their respective matches, each going on to earn 3 game points. Tom Burton battled back after going down early to also earn 3 points.

In the later matches, Leighton Young showed tremendous resilience and, despite being down in both matches with only 4 holes to play, managed to earn an important win.

In the final match, Henry Saddleton made an impressive County debut, earning Norfolk 3 points.

Overall, Norfolk beat Suffolk by 8 to 6 and halved with Bedfordshire, meaning Norfolk won the match.
